I have worked in Financial Services for around 25 years and currently lead a large Customer Service team at Lloyds Banking Group (LBG). My team help customers save for their retirement. I am actively involved in leading our Diversity Equity and Inclusion work within our Insurance Business at LBG and have a passion for getting the absolute best out of people inside and outside of work.
